Not on brand for Octopus - At all....
What a terrible experience. Getting the car is fine, but returning is a different story. Octopus outsource this to a disreputable company called Greenhous. They try to levy charges which are simply ridiculous. On mine they wanted almost £700 to polish out some bird muck stains trying to claim that repainting panels and then blending into other panels was a necessary repair. These kind of stains can occur in a matter of hours, so is it realistic that the muck is removed before they cause these marks - are you expected not to park the car outside at the airport when you go on a trip for example? They are part of normal wear and tear and can be polished out or even a hairdryer can get rid of them! Not only this the whole pickup experience was a shambles with poor communication and delays. I know i'm not the only one in my company that's had this issue either. Absolutely shocked at Octopus for this experience and as a business owner I would not sign up with Octopus EV again for the business or a car!
