Purchased a Cardo packtalk Pro. Stumbled at first due to payment issues that were very quickly resolved with the customer support person, UK based, which gave me confidence to proceed. They identified that there was an admin issue, in real time, issued a full refund. Placed the order again and received the the unit next day. Very happy with the whole experience, despite the initial glitch. Their staff were extremely helpful and diligent around this minor issue, and I will definitely be a returning customer.
