Poor experience
Poor experience! Purchased airline ticket. Got order number, but not a booking confirmation. Got the message, that booking might take up to 12 hours. Over 12 hours passed, no response re status of my booking. Sent email to inquire about status of my booking. No response. Right now trying calling to customer service, and on hold…on hold and again on hold… I’m very frustrated and stressed dealing with this company poor customer service. At this point, I don’t know what are my next steps?
