Customer Service/is there any?

We have been using this company for around4-5 months as a freight forwarder of tyres that we sell via ebay. Price is somewhat competitive, but customer service is non existent, we have not been receiving labels when we place our orders for a few months now, we notify them and they assure us the driver will have some. We recently had some where the driver didn't have some, so we made some hand written labels, written out by the driver, who assured us he would add proper ones when back to the depot. He unfortunately put wrong labels on wrong packages meaning people got the wrong packages. We don't mind people making mistakes, its all in the customer service and how its handled. All i received is i should have added hand written ones, even when i say i have that's the only response we received. Even once they acknowledged it was there fault, still said i need to pay again to get it rectified. Its not like this stuff happens all the time, but in our time with them, we have had 3 different issues in similar nature and every time, its not there fault and it's at my expense every time. They are not a good reliable trusting outfit, your better off going direct with Team C or DPD for the same service as you at least get someone you can pick up a phone too and work together to remedy a situation. If i could leave no stars we absolutely would.
