Changing from a 1 to a 4 star
Changing from a 1 to a 4 star. What would give a 5 star would be having the access to chose the payment date. E.g. I get paid 25th so pay the bill 26th

Claiming parcel was sent empty
Claiming parcel was sent empty, I have the receipt which shows it weighed. I'm going through radiotherapy and don't need this hassle. Now had to report the phone as stolen. Update - I have been accused of not sending. They also won't investigate their own warehouse claiming its secure when looking at some of their videos there are rows of phones just left. extremely poor service and I'll wait to hear from the police about action that should be taken. I have been asked to remove the name of the person but they're poorly dealing with the request and argue with the customer. Learn to use tone of voice.
