Poor customer service
Poor customer service I’ve been with them since 2019 and it has gone downhill. Agents used to be familiar with the product but now anymore. What’s worse is they kept changing the plan/add-ons yet they’ve not changed the auto payment they take inline with it. Neither do they make you aware of the changes. So myself and many has been deducted £5 music pass despite it’s been discontinued and now included in some plans which we already paid for. There’s not even an option to cancel that on the website as it’s not even displayed as something I’ve purchased. I tried to escalate it but the agent would do anything to stop me to log a formal complaint. I eventually accepted some refund in return as they promised to escalate it internally, however as I was about to save down my transcript the chat got closed and everything was lost (90mins of back and forth). I contacted another agent for help, it took 5mins to bypass the bot, and your agent’s answer points me to Vodafone website, which does not serve Voxi (access denied). 2hrs wasted for nothing, will switch soon.
