Absolutely the worst online company to order from
Never buying from Joann again. Absolutely the worst online retailer there is. Ordered Christmas wrapping paper on 11/25. Order was processing. Received an email notification stating my order was delayed on 12/15.....Wow, only 3 weeks after placing the order!! At this point I sent an email to find out why my order hadn't shipped and what the status was. No response. Instead, I get an email telling me my entire order has been cancelled on 12/21. Ordered way in advance not to find myself searching for wrapping paper last minute and now that's exactly what I am being forced to do. Know you inventory, communicate with your customer, give timely updates! Guess it could have been worse....if they had sent me the wrapping paper folded in half like another unfortunate reviewer experienced I would have been on the war path...how ridiculous is that? Done with Joann....If you value your time, and want a positive customer service experience you should too! Happy Holidays Everyone!
