Above and beyond, and just so friendly
They will find a way to work with you within all the tools they have available (TYSM Agent Shiraz!!). It's not just customer service but from start to finish, the agents are engaged, passionate, considerate, willing, available, and just downright friendly. WS Agents are like your work friends that you've never met but would love to go out of your way to grab a glass of wine with. It really doesn't get any better than that.
