Have been a good energy customer with No cause to contact or complain but recently have filled several requests for contact regarding ev home charger with no replies, rang up and spoke to person on phone and while on phone filled in yet another request form , she said would pass it over to right department, wow and behold No contact was made yet again. I gave up after that and went on line and purchased unit and they did all the sorting out, very disappointed in customer service.
