Dishonest company who advertise events…

Dishonest company who advertise events at a set price then when you try and book the price increases. When contacted they said the tickets at that price have sold out (convenient) and because on the separate Eventbrite payment page the tickets aren’t available this isn’t their problem. Rude, unhelpful and dishonest. Doesn’t say a lot for their events if this is how they treat people trying to give them money. Avoid.

Amazing Customer Support

I would like to leave a review to recognise the outstanding customer service of Customer Support team leader Collette. I had an issue occur outside of store while shopping at HB in Tonbridge which was in no way the fault of the store however I needed to contact them for assistance. Collette dealt with my query promptly, efficiently and with a warmth and understanding rarely seen in the world of customer care these days. This experience has given me such a positive view of the organisation as a whole and as a result I will be shopping there a whole lot more. It’s lovely to see a brand that truly cares about helping their customers and who value their business. Thank you Collette and HB.
