Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Basket ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago and still not delivered. Email responses are stock - not personalised. All blame is assigned to the customer, Covid and the courier. They refuse to take any responsibility for non-delivery of baskets. Don’t use these crooks. Update: It gets worse. The basket finally arrived after 7 weeks. Beer was broken and spoiled the rest of the goods. The cheeses had been left out for the entirety of the delivery weeks and was inedible. Crackers were broken and soggy from the broken beer. Some goods paid for weren’t delivered. Total waste of money and a disappointment for Christmas. Hazeltons refused to accept responsibility. Do Not Use these People. Absolute crooks without a doubt
