Representatives need more training

I was satisfied with the Customer Service rep, although the issue was not resolved. I called back the next day, July 18. I was not satisfied with the service at all on that day. The representative was not helpful, she seemed to not really know what needed to be done to help me, I ended the chat very dissatisfied.
