The worst company I’ve come across in my life! I have an email thread of over 50 emails dating back to February, I’ve provided multiple meter readings in multiple formats, I’ve confirmed my account details on several occasions and they continue to send me around in circles and will not update my reading / bill, which is “estimated” and triple what the bill should be. I’ve asked for an official case number so I can escalate to citizens information which still has not been provided. I had to chase for months for my account to even be fully set up on their side and now I’m wasting more time being given the runaround rather than answering my emails and resolving the issue.
