Terrible customer service
I think the hamper was fine but I ordered it for December 23rd to be ready for the 24th when my family was getting together and I was unable to join due to COVID-19. When it didn't arrive, I called, and was directed by a robot to an email service, then directed to another email, then was told from a third email account that the package had arrived - shortly after which I heard from my mother that it had made it. This was on the 29th, 6 days late and pretty useless as a gesture by that point. I received no apology and a seeming confusion as to why this would be a problem in the first place. Would not recommend if sending a Christmas package for Christmas matters to you
