Help with a water leak
I made contact with your engineering department after a bill pointed to a suspected leak in the underground service pipe. In resolving the situation I came into telephone contact with at least 5 members of staff, help desk, engineering and meter inspection all of whom, without exception, were patient, courteous and professional. The meter and stopcock have now been renewed, the leak is cured and what might have been a stressful episode for the elderly couple who live there was perfectly painless. Best of all at no point was I kept waiting on the phone for assistance
