Lloyds bank is the worst bank I have had to deal with in the UK, rude, belligerent staff, paperwork goes missing. Constantly putting obstacles in your way so you can’t help family members is you happen to b lasting power of attorney. Hellish bank please do become new member, if you want to keep your sanity.
