Absolutly horrible costumer service.
Absolutly horrible costumer service. In one purshace the brand: Forgot to remove the alarm on a top. Made a online order, But stated the wrong deliveryadress. Ordered and credited My account for 2 jackets insted of one. When I contacted lululemon about the wrong adress, Hannah, their costumerservice agent let me know that She would not change the adress. When i asked what would happen to the parcel She told me to keep me eyes open and hope the postguy would come. When I said that this was a mistake made by the store and if the adress is not corrected I demand a full refund, She replys that its human to make mistakes and that She Will not make a refund to me. When i asked to talk to her supervisor to make a complaint, She told me that there exsisted no supervisors at lululemon and that I can deliver My complaint to her. When I said that i am completly horrifyed of the sh**ty costumerservice, Hannah threaten me to end the conversation because of My language. I have tried to file a complaint via e-Mail But not Got a reply. I have paid over 600 euros and all I have is a yogamat. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this brand. It is a scam.
