Alfa are good at looking after you and the drivers are very well informed
the reason i like travelling with alfa is that they look after you from the time you are picked up by the feeder bus. once they have put your cases on you don't see them again until they are outside your hotel room. another thing is that because i am slightly disabled i asked for a shower room and I did not want to climb stairs. both these requests were honoured.
