Worthless than Garbage
They have one of the worst and slowest customer services I have ever experienced. Contacting them is only possible via email because their hotline is almost always unavailable. For legal issues like mine, there are no alternatives to email since they have no customer care branches around Milan, and they respond after a week to each email requesting a small and silly detail on each reply that could have been clearly mentioned in the first response to my issue. I've been trying to port my number to a new company for over a month and a half now. What a cancerous treatment. Avoid this garbage company at all costs.
