Simple hire, economical car
Booked on line which was fairly simple. Arrived by taxi to the BRC depot & was quickly served. service staff ran through the transaction, explained things well, informed me re Tolls & took me to my car (older, a hybrid, ran well & very fuel economic). Drop off simple although was a bit busy so a bit of a wait, but the vehicle check was very quick. Office is ok but a bit small & customer wifi would be nice extra, especially as many of the hirers are from overseas with no wifi access..
