Scammed. After two years, I’ve still received no compensation for my missing item.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Despite the fact that I ordered this two years ago, it never arrived. I continuously waited for months, and there was no sign of it. Nothing ever arrived at my house, yet it was marked as delivered. I waited another year after contacting the company, hoping for any sort of information back about it. Fast forward two years, and it’s almost July of 2024. I placed this order around spring or summer of 2022. I never received any compensation, any apology, or any replacement. My money was wasted, and I don’t even live at the address anymore because it has been so long. This was a serious injustice, and I hope that other customers won’t have to deal with what I have. I can’t believe I got scammed with something that I was so happy about receiving. I tell everyone that I meet at conventions to never use this company, they’re going to cheat you out of your money without offering even an apology. I hope that they get shut down, or give compensation to every single customer that they’ve scammed. I don’t even know how they’re still in business.. I can’t even reach them about the issue anymore.
