After days of being transferred between mobile phones direct and 02 multiple times with no information since placing my order and Mobile phones direct blaming 02. I finally found out their system is broken and they cannot complete the order for at least a week. No information, no contact, nothing. Spent over 5 hours chasing the order. Genuinely the worst customer experience I've had. 0/10 would never use again.
