Who needs a Porsche main dealer?
When the charger cable on my porsche cayenne hybrid failed a year ago, just after the end of the warranty period, I went to the dealership expecting some flexibility and generosity of spirit. Needless to say, none was forthcoming. Mugged for £1000 in february 2023, when the cable failed again a few days ago, I turned to Google. The stand out site was EV Cable shop. As others have said Debbie was brilliant,giving sound advice and answering questions that 3 main dealers had been unable to do! As for the product, it arrived 24 hours later and was easy to use . It has just completed its first charging cycle without issue. BTW, did I mention the price? Porsche expect over £1000 - EVC just a quarter of that! I love porsches - but hate their client service and prices. Debbie and EV cable shop tick every box, well done……!!!!!
