First time buy for us
First time buy for us. We were recommended to use PLS and we couldn't be happier with that idea. We spoke to Lucy and her team and from the start we were given alot of information. Thought our heads were gonna blow. But it made sense. We asked questions and got answers straight away. We were asked for things. We got the items required and sent them straight away and then we got a reply saying received it was brilliant and straight forward. (Could even say I didn't know buying a house was this easy) Great communication through telephone and emails. Understandable answers. Only let down for me was the portal. My partner would message saying the portal has been updated looking for additional things and my phone wouldn't show it for a couple of days. Guess it's a old phone issue. But I would still recommend PLS solicitors.
