Bad customer service and incorrect bills
Terrible customer service We have had issues between rebel energy and a 3rd party supplier. It took over a month to get the previous account closed with the third party. We have then been told that rather than creating a new account and billing the old account with money transfered in we have to pay for all electric and gas used between the start of our tenancy and now despite the other account still having £300 in it. They also changed the account details on the new account to say ive managed it from the start when i havent. It was managed by the third party. They have since told us the £300 in the old account cannot be transferred and we need to contact the 3rd party to contact rebel energy and then contact ourselves again to refund this money. Since my name is on both accounts, I am unsure why it was not either billed correctly in the first place, or transferred across. Instead I am out £300
