Horrible company to deal with
Horrible company to deal with. Totally disinterested in helping with excess water charges for a small village cricket club. Bill was so big as to threaten viability of the club. Waterplus would not engage in allocating any sort of burst allowance normally afforded by water companies. No help given despite being a not for profit small voluntary organisation. Disgusting attitude from all staff and complaints department. ——————- As for the response below from Natalie. Complete rubbish- they are just trying to make their negative reviews look better. No genuine interest in assisting. —————- Happy for you to publish what you’ve actually done to help on here then! ——————— There you go for everybody to see, a burst allowance (internal leakage) that is afforded to residential customers by you/ST (once a year) is not given to ‘not for profit’ small village sports clubs. Further, you refused to even forward a request to ST for consideration. I feel I’m fully justified in calling out this as unfair, uncharitable and unacceptable putting the viability of struggling clubs at risk to maintain unjustified profits for shareholders. Disgusting. ———————- Just repeating your uncharitable uncaring response doesn’t really further your cause or answer my original observation. Exceptions for charities/ not for profits are made by many of the other water suppliers. If you were socially responsible or ethical as a company you and ST both COULD do so if you chose to. CCW can’t force you to make the morally correct decision unfortunately, that’s very different from them supporting your misery decision. This response is a true demonstration of your company’s uncaring nature.
