Very poor
Very poor. They say and charge for chassis wash included in some washes but never do it. I have noticed this twice atleast. It didn't happen today even after mentioning the last experience. I think staff doesn't even know that the machine is not doing it. But they didn't bother to come check for my car to ensure it was done this time. And the was today gave scraches to my car. Will not use again. Stay away from Chelmsford one. Waste of money and time.
