Very disappointed with how my issue was…
Very disappointed with how my issue was dealt with. I had to call every single day of the week for someone to give me an answer as to why I wasn’t able to use my SIM card and everyone kept taking me for a ride pretending they’d escalate the problem to the relevant department and reassuring me I would get a call back but no one ever did. It was very obvious that I was speaking with people who had no clue what they were talking about. So unprofessional. I’m only giving two stars because my phone was delivered in a timely manner.
