I have been a customer at Harborne store for years.I am a saurday regular....its such a refreshing experience to be greeted with a annoy announcement by Parveen k "good morning customers have a lovely day" .All the staff are lovely bit this lady is something else so so helpful and caring .....never change it is so endearing@!!
