AVOID
AVOID. They did not contact me when my order was delivered, causing the meals to be left for hours at the concierge. I didn’t enjoy the meals & asked to cancel my subscription, which they confirmed, but they still charged me anyway and delivered meals without my knowledge. I didn’t expect meals to be delivered and again did not receive any notification (even after asking repeatedly) & meals were again left with the concierge for days and went straight in the bin. They refuse to refund the wrongly delivered meals. £72.99 I am owed. They take advantage of customers. Do not recommend.
