We are very pleased to say that our house purchase has recently completed & we extend our sincere thanks to "PCS Legal" for their expert handling of this transaction. A special thank you must go to Megan & her superb team for the way they all ensured that the purchase was completed in the fastest possible time. It must be said that this was not in any way a "straight forward" purchase. It had the added complications of being a "shared ownership" purchase so this added extra legal requirements with "Community Housing" & their solicitors. We also had an unexpected "Lease Extension" requirement midway through the purchase which was also a very involved legal procedure. However, Megan & her dedicated team had all the knowledge, expertise, determination & professionalism to deal with these added requirements. Their persistence & perseverance in dealing with problems & delays to get our purchase over the finishing line was outstanding ! Also, the personal anxiety & stress it occasionally caused us was calmly dealt with by Megan or a member of her team & our fears & concerns were quickly dispelled.
