2 times Auntie Belhems worked with us, they handled it and it wasn't a problem. First we had to change cabins, because of the amount of steps at the first one, they gladly moved us to another cabin, which was perfect, super clean and private, just want we wanted. Then we were arriving late, and they sent me the information to get in. The cabin was great and the customer service with Auntie Belhems is above the top! Would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future.
