Don’t rent from this company
Don’t rent from this company. I’m a new resident and I’ve only been here for going on 2 months my air conditioner has went out twice. I sent maintenance request emails and only get an automated message back with no call back about anything. When I do call to speak with someone they all say that someone will call me back and never do. My apartment is 85 degrees and I live in Florida. The lack of communication is disgusting and also at this point I want my money back from moving in here and to move somewhere else because I’m not happy at all at this point. No one should have to live like this. The property manager won’t call me or anything of that nature. It’s so hot my floors are sweating and causes me to slip and slide while walking in my apartment scared that I may fall and hurt myself. I’m not satisfied and shouldn’t have to live like this especially if I have to continue to pay bills monthly.
