Bad home, good property management group
We had Darwin take over the property we were renting from Streetlane Homes. Streetlane was non communicative. Claimed every issue was cosmetic and fixed nothing. Every service request since Darwin has taken over has been addressed without issue or argument. Recently the house we were renting drain pipes completely collapsed. It took about two months to fix but mostly due to it being the holiday season and really a chaotic time. They were communicative and fair in arrangements needing to be made. They did such a good job, we went out of our way to ensure another property with this management company when this lease is up.
