Faulty brake.. hasn't paid invoice.. Faulty front tyres hasnt refunded me!!
I purchased ny peugeot 3008 (2017 plate) on the 4th June, from saif. Saif was professional and fully understood my concerned of paying a car as i have 3 young children, 1 new born, a toddler, and a child who attends primary school. I thought i could trust this dealership, as they informed me the car was ready for collection on the 1st June, i went there it wasn't ready, i live in London so the travel 2 hours and 5 mins away. I then went there on the 4th june again and saif reassured me that the car was in working order. But it wasn't they sold me a faulty car, brake discs and brake pads needs changing, both brake discs has really bad rust on them and the brake light notified 3 days after purchasing it. Aswell I had to change my 2 front tyres of the car, which was a challenge because they gave me the wrong locking nut for the wheels, i changed the 2 front wheels because the mechanic said its not within the legal requirements to use on my car. I'm also missing a head rest for the back seat, on the right hand side of the car. Ive forward over the invoices form the mechanic, so they can pay to fix the brake pads and the brake discs and get the right locking nut for my wheels, and I still haven't receive a pay for the invoice to fix my car. And haven't received a refund for the tyres I paid for, they informed me that they will refund in full for the tyres, and I've provided proof of receipt ive paid for the 2 front tyres as well as the invoice for the brake discs and brake pads.. still no REFUND, it's over £500!! I was frustrated, and annoyed, I have my 3 young children in this car, and they sold me this car in such bad conditions. The car was cleaned, but I have a car which the brake discs and pads needs replacing ASAP, and they gave me the wrong locking nut, add a missing head rest on the back seat, this dealership is seriously an disgrace and this is a form of neglect towards their customers. I want my refund for the 2 front tyres i paid for, and I want this dealership to pay the invoice, and also want my head rest aswell. Venu the manager informed he would reslove this and he hasn't not!!, and I this RESOLVED!! Dont buy from the dealership as they definitely dont value you as a customer, as its the 18th June and nothing has been resolved. They kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow, and I still haven't received NOTHING!! they are not trustworthy. The dealership was informed 9thJune and now it's the 18th June and the situation HASN'T been SLOVED!! I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this dealership. If the situation changes I will provide an positive update, if not I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION. Update- I haven't RECEIVED MY REFUND for my 2 front tyres, ( £120), aswell as MY HEAD REST. I received the money to pay to fix the brakes discs and brake pads on Friday. But the OUTSTANDING BALANCE IS £120 for my 2 front tyres, AND IM STILL MISSING MY HEAD REST for my back seat. When will I receive my refund for my 2 front tyres? Venu you informed me I will receive this refund aswell, ( ive send recepit for my 2 front tyre), but the remaining balance needs to be paid and I want my head rest. UPDATE.... Venu has refunded the money for my 2 front tyres, (£120). But i STILL haven't received my HEAD REST for the back seat behind the drivers side. This experience has been draining and frustrating as I had to bombarded them with emails, and calls, and the last option was writing a review. I WANT MY HEAD REST!!!! When I went to view the car, the All the HEAD REST was there, I won't be driving from London to collect it, as i have 3 young children, so therefore Venu post it to me, venu you have my address you said you will sort it out. Then do that ok Venu I refuse to pay it when you all are the ones you missed place it. Ive emailed and called regarding this So therefore Venu be a person of your Word, so please do buy it, Post it, and reply to my email notifying me when you've bought it and I would like a tracking number as proof as I can track it. Thanks
