Solid platform with room for improvement
The core functionality works well and we've seen an improvement in our online reputation since implementing their system. The reporting features are detailed and helpful for tracking progress. However, the mobile app could use some work - it's a bit clunky compared to the desktop version. Also wish they had more integration options with other business tools we use.
