Great personal service - would recommend to anyone.

After finding a great deal on a small mixing desk through EAV a fault appeared after a few weeks. The company arranged for pickup, and a refund or exchange was offered (The product had been discontinued so a straight replacement wasn't possible). I was impressed by the no-fuss approach and rather than take a refund, the company was able to get hold of another mixing desk from another manufacturer which I'm very happy with.
