Just tried to source rear light bulbs for my bmw x5 and they came up with the wrong ones online which means a trip to the store and if not in stock another after ordering to pick up. Why can’t they get it right Customer service both in store and on line pitiful. Just seems to be footfall Phil Morrison at Longbridge rd plymouth try and get some of your staff to at least look bothered… otherwise more sales will be lost to on line outlets
