I have had the Bibo machine for a while…

I have had the Bibo machine for a while now and when I bought it, I signed up for what was to supposed to be a “worry free” servicing option, where I pay by monthly direct debit and then an engineer is sent at 6 months intervals to service the Bibo machine. However, my experience with this process has been a total nightmare. The impression given to me at the onset was that whenever the service is due, automatically this gets arranged and I’ll get contacted about the proposed times/dates for the engineers visit. However this has not been my experience so far. Sometimes, the service goes several days and even weeks overdue and no one contacts me about it. On multiple occasions, I have had to chase constantly for it to be booked before this happens. To add to this, when I call about it, I am given several unreasonable excuses that do not add up. It has indeed given me a poor experience with this company. On the other hand, the engineer Lewis has been very good. He always turns up at the appointed time, is very friendly, professional and takes his time to explain what he has done . He is indeed an asset to Bibo.
