Ischia Island package

I have booked before with Broadway Travel to Rhodes island and I had no issues . The holiday altogether was superb . The very reason I booked with them for Ischia island . Unfortunately I was very disappointed this time round . We had the early flight from EasyJet at 5.55am arrived at 9am,got transported to the port for our boat to Ischia thinking we was leaving around 11ish . To our disappointment we were told our boat wasn't leaving till 14.20 arriving at the island around 16.00. We waited at the port for over 3 hours!! I question the agent as to why they booked us on a early flight knowing the boat was departing in the late afternoon . We had wasted a whole day just traveling and waiting . The worst part also is that we were told that our first tour to Amalfi coast and Positano was the next day pick up time at 07.30am. You can imagine how exhausted and tired we was. There was no planning, explanation or thinking from the Broadway Travel agent . To top it up the boat that took us to the other island was overcrowded and small. People ended up siting on the floor as there was no seats to sit down on . My husband and I ended up standing the majority of the trip. We came back from the holiday tired and exhausted .
