Things seem to be going smoothly now!
I was a little uncertain about switching to Tomato Energy after the various difficulties reported by many users, particularly around billing. However recently it sounded like for new customers things were going a bit better. I made the switch on 8th Jan, and things seem to have gone well. The MyWatts dashboard is receiving the consumption data from my smart meter (some days it disappears but comes back, I think this is normal for me as Octopus was the same some days - might settle down!). I just received a call this afternoon from Tomato asking how the switch had gone, and they explained how billing would work. All seems clear and they will only charge for the actual usage which makes a nice change. Assuming all goes to plan with billing next month, for now I'm giving 5 stars :)
