My wife has been a loyal customer for a long time. She passed away in March. They continued to provide a service unbeknownst to me and of course I now owe them money. That's not a problem in itself but when you get a standard letter saying 'we are sorry you are cancelling your account' then you wonder what type of organisation they are. Empathy bypass. Swerve this company
