Dreadful delivery
Dreadful delivery! I ordered item on 31st Jan and it’s currently stuck somewhere as apparently only my postcode is on the package and no street address. An Post tracking states delivery attempted no one home. An Post told me to contact Royal Mail. Eventually tracked parcel down via parcel force and they state the sender must contact them to change the delivery address. I asked Carracks to contact Parcel force to update the address but they repeatedly say they cannot do anything as the package is my property and that I should contact An Post. I’ve contacted An Post to correct the delivery address but they say they can’t touch it as they’re not authorised to do so. So I’m over £100 out of pocket without the item I require and no one can help me progress the delivery or get a refund Really annoyed!
