Easy process
Process for pick up and drop off was very easy in Launceston. Only issue was that we paid for additional insurance but didn’t realise that because we booked and paid through a 3rd party, that any damage would still incur full excess until we logged a claim for reimbursement. Would have been helpful to know that upfront otherwise we would have just booked directly through the company direct. Not the company’s fault though
