A great investment for your body
I started using Freeletics two and a half weeks ago and the transformation to my body has genuinely been staggering. My incorporation of Freeletics into my fitness regime isn’t the only thing I’ve changed (diet too) so I’m bound to see quicker/better results than someone who takes it up with absolutely no lifestyle change but I absolutely can’t believe the difference the work outs have made. I use the app Monday-Friday and the longest workout I’ve had is like 37 minutes. They’re all relatively enjoyable and I’m able to change my weights based on what I have available around me. Navigation of the app is incredibly simple and now you can change weights and, on some exercises, the amount of reps you’re able to do too.
Genuinely can’t fault the app, the coach feature or the results to be honest.
