Great INITIAL CALL ordering, but took 3 follow-ups, ugh
INITIAL CALL to order was great, but had to call THREE times after that to complete the order (frustrating). Placed order on hold a week while deciding on device insurance. I called back later that day to add insurance and complete order, but mainly for lack of knowledge on their part telling me couldn't add insurance until delivery when originally told I could at order completion (which during 3rd follow-up WAS done - though with a struggle). AND confirming original pricing with last person felt like negotiating for a new car, so unsure if pricing always the same or not. Because referred here by Aetna, I'm optimistic their monitoring service will be great though.
