Really poor customer service.
Fine, until their reply about your cancellation request going into spam, they continue to charge you. Not used the service since July 2021 but despite that, no offer of any refund or gesture of goodwill. Very poor customer service. EDIT - In response of Switchboardfree's response: After the email arrived, considering this was within your ticket management system, no effort was made to follow it up. It's up to you to make sure your emails are not hitting Office 365's spam filter. A Service might have been provided, but has not been used (as you can see from the minutes in and out). I accept a small charge for the line rental for occupying the number, but it's unfair to charge and not refund a package cost when that package has not been used, and the cancellation request was legitimate.
