Their outsourced maintenance team (CINQ) sucks!

They are good about getting you in there, but once you’re contractually locked in they forget about you. I went days with no hot water when I first moved in because the water heater was bad when I moved in. Several days, we had to shower at families houses. Got that resolved, finally, and then their maintenance team (CINQ) went inside for a work order, left, and left my garage door wide open. He knew my 16 year old was there because she let him in. My daughter calls me at work, scared as hell, and says someone is in the house! He didn’t say he was leaving, nor coming back, and he just left my house unattended while he went to Home Depot! Recently discovered there was either a squirrel or mouse in my pipes and put in a request. They never came or called, so I did it again. Nothing. The company CINQ was supposed to respond but they don’t answer the phone and Never returned my voicemails! My latest complaint is from last week! My garage door came off the hinge and I put in a request. They turned it over to CINQ, and guess who never came or called. That’s right, CINQ. The Darwin lady sent an email and CC’d to them and they never answered that either. I was told by Darwin reps that I had to wait on CINQ which meant me going all night unprotected in my home with a minor child. The next day, I paid someone $140 to fix it and then CINQ called to say that they wouldn’t be able to get to me until next week! Mind you, I put in an emergency request. Long story short, this company is good for just putting you in the home - not anything else. I don’t even have access to my property manager! Who can I talk to?? I did a 2 year lease but now kinda wish I did one. People should beware!
