UPDATE: I increased my rating by one star because after some, time they reached out to me and offered a small rebate for the junk cars I received. #carfromjapan receives an overall below average score. They receive 5 Stars for paperwork, because it's all in order, 1 Star for customer service, because when/if they answer your question, or concern, it may take weeks for a reply, if you get one at all. 1 Star for the piece of junk vehicles they sell. I purchased two, the first I hoped was just a rustsed fluke, because it literally could not be used without major repairs. The second was literally a scam. The second had rust through all over and under the vehicle. They put tape over the large rust holes, and then painted over them. Like another 1 star reviewer stated, they use low resolution pictures taken far back, and one is not able to zoom in on the photos. They use DHL, and they do such an awful job I don't know how they stay in business (1 star overall reviews on Trust Pilot).
