Why give a timeslot
Two recent deliveries- trying to rearrange the day was a nightmare, no response from the chat, changed the day online but got no confirmation so had to phone. The first delivery I was given a time slot of 4-7pm, they arrived around 2:30pm. The second delivery, I was given the timeslot 4-7pm, they arrived at 12:45, when they were at my house the online tracking showed they were in a different town...
